Stop with the virtual voice!
Although I have previously been able to judge books based on the book itself rather than the virtual voice, this one I cannot. The virtual voice mispronounces words such as names and places. It also repeats in a few areas. I believe if you plan to continue offering virtual voice they should be free to members and we should not be expected to pay or utilize a credit for this subpar work.
