About this listen
Did you grow up in a family with parents who were abusive?
Do you still carry the mental or even physical scars?
Are you looking for a way to overcome the rejection, abuse, or other trauma you suffered?
Most of us are fortunate enough to be born to loving, caring and nurturing parents. We are encouraged and looked after, treated well and inspired. But what if that wasn’t you? What if your parents didn’t care for you in the way they were supposed to, and you are still suffering from that?
In this book, Dealing with Immature Parents: How to Recover From Narcissistic, Rejecting or Abusive Parenting, you can learn some of the lessons of how to deal with the lasting effects, through chapters on:
- Parenthood and parenting styles
- Mature and immature parenting
- Where the roots lie
- What immature parenting does to a child
- Healing the wounds
- Making sure you don’t do the same as your parents
- And much more
Being a parent means taking responsibility. But if your parents never did that and you have been left with feelings of rejection or frustration, then you have to find your own way to recover.
Dealing with Immature Parents is the first step on that path. So buy this audiobook now and start healing today!

Anger is an emotion which the majority of us can keep in check for most of the time, however, sometimes, we will reach a point where we lose control over what seems like an insignificant thing! We all know that our anger was not really about that insignificant thing at all, but that might have been the point where we felt we cannot take anymore! It’s the tip of the iceberg, the breaking point beyond your limits.

Feelings are not meant to be pushed down or dismissed. Here’s how to make sure your kids know what to do with theirs: If you’re like most parents, one of your primary concerns about your child, aside from their health and safety, is how you can prepare them for adulthood. Qualities associated with emotional intelligence, are a greater predictor of future success than having a high IQ and are very often overlooked. Fortunately, emotional intelligence is something that can be taught and developed, and the ideal time to do it is while your kids are still young.

I don’t want to make it sound as if my parents are very bad, but they can be very selfish and controlling at times. Glad I was able to internalize these insights from the brilliant author. I was almost teary-eyed by the time I finish the book. I was able to connect with this book that no other book has done.
