For a person who had no idea, i was surprised

I must admit i had no idea what i was getting into when i first started listening. Then i realized its not as bad as i thought. Kara Lawrence provides insightful strategies for developing emotional intelligence, embracing one's shadow self, and exuding magnetic confidence. Its practical and most importantly should be ethical and responsible. It certainly is a interesting perspective in building ones confidence and influence.
