essential support resource
excellent and i return to it often. bookmarking helped me with troublesome patterns or instilled false beliefs by abuser. even if you are not sure if your being abused this book can help you sort it out.

a good read
I didn't know much about controlling ppl and this book really went into the thoughts, patterns, and mind sets of these ppl, and helped me look into my own behaviors
