Hard to argue its pretty entertaining for a short story. Going into it knowing its a short story.

For 15 mins that’s excellent

This is a new version of the classic tale of the hideous creature. The narrator has a rather scratchy voice, so it was a bit difficult to understand him. I have a version by the HP Lovecraft Historical Society and it was excellent. Didn't quite have the punch their version did. They also do a fantastic audio drama of it as well.

New Version of Classic

Dude ends up in the middle of the sea and then finds himself somewhere strange where some ancient area of the sea floor has come up with an unusual statue. He sees something scary and then gets rescued later but is never truly the same. The story was the most limited bare bones version of a horror story ever and I would not recommend this.

Bare bones story that was far too short.

H.P. Lovecraft is universally regarded as the father of literary horror and it's not difficult to see why every story will immerse you to such an extent that by the time you're done you heart will be racing and you'll be left wanting more
