About this listen

These Royals will ruin you.

Ever since Hartley Wright met Easton Royal, her life hasn’t been the same. There are enemies behind every corner and dangers beyond each door. When tragedy strikes and steals her memories, she can’t trust anyone, not even the blue-eyed boy who promises her everything will be all right.

While Hartley’s memory is full of gaps, her instincts tell her Easton is dangerous. She doesn’t know if he’s the snake in the garden or her chance at salvation. The chaos he brings wherever he goes is too much to handle, the intense feelings he evokes are too confusing to unravel.

Easton wants her to remember. Hartley thinks it’s better to forget. She might be right. Tragedy. Treachery. Trust. Hartley has to face the facts - in this world, you can’t escape the Royals. Either you live by their rules or you die by them.

Immerse yourself in the Royals series

If I had to sum up Erin Watts’ Royals series in one word, it would be addictive. And yes, addictive in italics for extra oomph. Cracked Kingdom wraps up Easton Royal’s story—hands down the most fun and entertaining of the five Royal brothers—as he attempts to make things right with his family, his girl, and come to terms with his own personal history. With performances by Angela Goethals and Zachary Webber, it’s impossible not to get attached to these characters. —Katie O., Audible Editor

Ready Change

They switched the female reader and her voice / accent is NOTHING like the character started out in the previous book. I almost didn't even listen to it, it is sooo bad. However, I was already invested in the story from the previous book.

Great story. Weird narrator choice.

The female narrator was a really odd choice. Out of the five books, this was the only narrator I didn't really care for.

This is a Must listen

Cracked Kingdom is the 5th book in Erin Watt's The Royals series. It is the conclusion of Hartley and Easton's story. This story picks up where book for left off, so it should definitely be read in order.

I completely devoured this story, wanting to know how it would end. I was on the edge of my seat, hating some characters while falling in love with others .I laughed out loud and felt each and every emotion possible as I experienced this story. I love the world Erin Watt created and I truly hope there will be more stories about the Royals in the future.

PS- Zachary Webber and Angela Goethals do a a fantastic job of narrating this story. I truly enjoyed their performance as well.

Enjoyed this author but not this final book.

Not my favorite of the series. It was drawn out and everything happened at the end and not wrapped you with a bow. I was disappointed because I liked all the characters it just was a drag.

I think the narrators were great but I think the trilogy was more of my favorite then this duet.
