Great Tips

Although most of the tips are common sense, there were a few that were enlightening and that alone made the book worth the listen. Even listening to what I already know was helpful in reaffirming my commitments. Well read by the narrator.

good hints for loved ones, addicts, and providers

I purchased this book to provide additional insights on how to address addiction with my patients. I found the advice to be well presented, and cogent, and practical. this audiobook is something that I would be willing to share not only with family and friends of addicts, but with the addicts themselves to give them insight into the effects of their habits. it was also a good incorporation of both tips in the moment as well as seeking a higher power . thanks 👍
