Short and simple
I love that I can include this in my morning routine as I drive to work. The principles taught are valuable life changer.
I gave a 4 for overall because it would have been easier if there was a way I can go to the day I’m seeking. It’s a continuous reading and I’ve had to do lots of forward and rewinding.

Everyone can benefit from this book. Al Anon is really about self improvement , so therefore the ability to be and do what's best in general
