Concise and full of practical information
An amazing book that explains all the nuances of a conversation. The narration is great, and you will always be hooked. The whole book is to the point, with just enough story telling to keep it interesting. One great aspect of the book is that the author always summarizes the key points at the end of chapters so you don't get lost in all the details and gives you an action task to do. Definitely recommend this book.

This is a pretty decent book
This price is perfect, and the content is worth more than you pay for. It is super fast to burn through, but like with all audio books, its easy to bookmark and jam back to important points. lots of little tid bits of advice or talking points, and the addition of challenges are great for short term goal setting. great book to add to your communications aresenal.
