All of it was great
A lot of audiobooks contain a few good points and a lot of fluff, but not with this one. Every minute of this was packed with good advice and motivation. I am very excited to use some of the methods from tomorrow onwards. I am feeling very driven and confident right now, which is a big change for me.

A fresh start
I am not going to tell you too much about myself as it is personally but basically I have had low confidence / self-esteem all my life and particularly find it hard to assert myself in various situations. I found this book to be very easy to consume, I found the advice to be applicable to my life and SO FAR anyway it is working. In the past few weeks I have tackled 3 events / situations with success where I usually would have crumbled or hidden away.
