Great for sleep
I have a busy schedule and I often find myself trying to sleep but troubled with a head full of thoughts. Complete relaxant helps me clear my head and fall asleep. I sleep better when I listen to it. I highly recommend it.

It's alright.
What did you like best about Complete Relaxation? What did you like least?
I think that someone wont be disappointed if they are just looking for a hypnosis tape on relaxation. I was looking for something with more depth. It was to simple for me. With that said I have been researching and delving into this type of study for a long time so I might have been very happy with this tape if it were one of the first one's purchased.
Would you recommend Complete Relaxation to your friends? Why or why not?
If you are starting out with relaxation techniques, you might very well like it. If you are strongly versed, I'd choose something else.
How could the performance have been better?
It seemed like something that most anyone could have created, and not everyone does so if you don't want to write your own and recored it, try it out.
Was Complete Relaxation worth the listening time?
Not really for me, but again, I was looking for something more in-depth.

My Resource For Relaxing
Throughout college, overtime work schedules, and now as a first time dad this audiobook has been a great resource for me throughout the years to help me unplug from day to day stresses and to relax where ever I can take a nap. it is true the more you listen the better it works.

The name says it all...
This audiobook is the most effective tool for people who wish to step outside themselves in stressful situations. It is an escape from the real world in a temporary sense, but also teaches you to apply the breathing and meditational exercises to your everyday life, thus its effects are lasting and even routine if listened to enough times. Give this a try if your life never seems to break stride from its fast paced frenzy

Listened before bedtime and awoke the next morning very refreshed for the first time in a very long time, that was the first time I listened. Since, I have used some of the techniques during stressful episodes and shorted the panic attacks.

Deeper relaxed sleep everytime
The more I listened the deeper relaxed my sleep got, follow the breathing pattern. Not for everyone though, my family did not feel soothed by this.

My favorite hypnotherapy
This is the firs hypnotherapy I bought. When I first listened to it I was a little scepticle. When I first started listening to complete relaxation, I had been through a long periode that was very demanding physically and mentally. Basically I was worn down. Through listening to this, I have found, that I am better able to tacle stress, and I also feel much better about my life in general. I have much more inner peace.

Favorite among many
This is the first hypnotherapy audio I purchased and I liked to so much that I purchased several others by different narrators, but this is by far the best. I have used it for over three years now. I have found it especially helpful on long plane trips when it is difficult to relax. If I find anxiety interrupting my sleep I plug in my ipod with the sleep timer set to 30 minutes and it works every time. My teen-age son has also started listening to it as well.
