Great read. I could never guess the who done it! Love love love. Looking to find more by this author. Also enjoyed the love story between the main characters.

Fun and well thought out plots

I enjoyed each story because the plots were differentiated by well thought out story, and yet not grizzly. I looked forward to finding out who done-nit 😂! I liked the characters. If i had a complaint it was that there must be a way to not make Scott look quite so ineffectual as the trained person versus the totally untrained person. But it was fun in any case. Worth the read/listen!!

Good plot development-fun stories

I was hesitant to listen to a virtual narrator. At times it was very apparent., mispronounced words etc. and all characters have the same voice. That being said, I listened to the complete set and enjoyed it.

Cute stories that have some statists that you don’t see coming. It’s a nice light listening that doesn’t require much effort. I don’t care for the ai narrating though. It’s seems cold.

The balance between love story and murders.

I enjoyed the characters and the murders they solved. Not syrupy sweet. Not too intense. Nice balance.
