loved it! easy read and practical application. encouraged to hear another Christian talk about depression.

Great Book

As a man this book hits home a lot of pain points as well as advice that I need to incorporate in my walk with Christ.

decent book to listen to

Her story was relatable, which I enjoyed the most, but it was a little fluffy and kitchy. She has a slight lisp which was a little distracting. There were also some parts that seemed extra-Biblical, like "meeting Jesus twice" and referring to watching The Bachelor as Christian community. She does pinpoint common issues that millennials deal with, though, including myself!
