I REALLY wish this book came with a PDF of the questions and reflections, but I highly recommend this book to all of my girlfriends! It is so helpful to put things in a healthier perspective.

I really enjoyed this book and the Insight that he gave me into my past as it pertains to my future. It shed light on things that I need to deal with and things that I halfway dealt with but the truth makes us free.

It’s honest, insightful, and funny. After reading this book I found her podcast and have now enrolled in a few of her classes. Do yourself a favor and get this book. If you’re on the fence about getting this book take the leap and get it!!!!
