Easy-to-use Organization

The way the author organized the topics into individually labeled chapters really made this book easy to use and reference. Also, the reader seemed to understand and/or identify with the content, which made for an enjoyable listening experience. Thank you!

Good info, poor editing. Annoying

Great basic, introductory information and the narrator is excellent but the editing is annoying. The author uses the exact same paragraph of generic information at the end of each chapter that could have been added to the introduction or ending summary. For me, the best whole idea of an audiobook is the ability to listen hands free while doing other things. I had to stop and fast forward so often I finally quit listening.

The author assuring in time you can be centered and healed through Persistence.

A highly informative book in a compact format but highly education

This book was jam packed with information regarding chakra healing. I did notice many instances of repeated information, but the repetition seems to be rooted in the possibility that certain readers will skip around in search of specific information. This is one that I will have to listen to many times in order to grasp the depths of information provided. This book did not have the flow of a typical scientific textbook, but it did seem to flow as smoothly as possible while thoroughly explaining methods and techniques used for chakra healing.

I thought it was very intersting and informative.

Loved it i learned a lot about the chakras and different ways to help the chakras stay strong and healthy.
