This is a nice support for a realistic,valuable Chakra awakening experience, the voice do not jar or jolt and enable you to take shorter breaks to focus for chakras during the day.

This is a good audio book to learn about Chakra, both for beginners and experts, Dona Jackson has done a really good job with the narration, her voice is way too calming as well soothing.
