Also, I need to figure out how the heck I’m going to propose to him. River deserves something “epic,” and I don’t want to let him down. Am I going to be able to deliver?

Can’t Help Falling in Love with an Alien (Tentacular Tales #2) is a (116,000 words) M/M sci-fi rom com and the second book in the series. It should be listened to in chronological order. This installment features a pajama party date that will go down in infamy, inappropriate team t-shirts, a half-baked love poem, more Captain Starblade and Lord Vardox, drunken shenanigans courtesy of spaceship moonshine, unexpected mating instincts, plenty of new aliens with problems for River to solve, and tentacles galore. And possibly an epic proposal? This book has an HFN ending and no cheating. Never fear—there is a guaranteed HEA by the end of the series!

Amazing again

Yesss! Book two is just as amazing, funny and spicy as the first and also Greg once again did a fabulous job narrating! Can’t wait for book three to be on audio.

This is series is f*cking hilarious. This is the second installment in the Tentactular Tales series by Chloe Archer, and I listened to the audiobook narrated by Greg Boudreaux.

River helps relax Kai deep nature. Kai is usually very set on work and work duties alone having had an issue in his younger years with a human not being so kind to his alien side; however, River changes all that. River and Kai have entered a relationship from the end of the book one; however, it is put to the test with the resurgence of ex-relationship from Kai’s past. Kai’s ex tend to mess with his head a little too much, making him second guess himself when it comes to River.

We get to see a little more of the side characters with this second installment. Evan, River’s best friend, sets his sights on a new arrival to Earth. And then there’s Mel, Kai’s brother. He’ll open up about his feelings eventually. Then there’s Benji, River’s brother, the high artist, who drives Mel crazy without even trying… or knowing. (Lol!)

Most of my Greg Boudreaux listens are more of the serious listen so beginning this series was a bit different. I wasn’t expecting to enjoy him in such a relaxed role as a did. This is a top ten, everyone should listen if you want a good hearted laugh.

10/10 recommend this series! I hardly listen to comedies, I’m more of a serious tone reader so it’s rare to find a romantic comedy that I want more of. I count the number of authors on one hand and Chloe Archer is included in that number. Highly recommend!

Sweet and funny

Not sure how I’ll be able to wait for the next one to be honest. As much as I love the audiobooks, I might have to get the next one as an ebook just so I can have another serotonin boost.

More Tentacle Fun!

This will not be for everyone but if you loved the first one, you will love this too. If you like Sci-fi Romance with aliens and tentacle smexy times with a real plot and lots of humor then this series is for you. But don’t start with this one, start with the first.
My only issue and I’m hesitant to call it that, is River’s exuberance. I love his character and he’s very funny but there are times where it’s just inappropriate and his not being able to reign it in during certain situations or venues sometimes makes him come off more as immature rather than sassy.
I love the Tentacular Tales book within a book and hope for that cheesy serial novella one day.
The Narrator is great and handles the multiple characters well.

Another great story for River and Kai

I’ll admit I was hoping book two would be about uncle Benji, But a continuation of River and Kai’s story was great too.

Here we get more love story for our favorite nerdy human and his dreamy alien boyfriend. We learn more about Kai’s culture. And the drama continues with the conspiracies A.N.A.L. is fighting.

We also learn that Kai is a bit stupid and River has brilliant ideas to help aliens acclimate better to earth with Operation Rehoming Aliens Lovingly (O.R.A.L.) ha!

I listened to this book on Audible. Greg Bordeaux did a fantastic job as narrator.

Witty and fun

Great listen, loving this series. If you're looking for a fun read, that'll keep you smiling, definitely give this series a try!

Another amazing audiobook!

Chloe Archer and Greg Boudreaux = an absolute winning combination! I hoped that the second installment would be as good as the first, and I’m happy to say this one is even better that book 1! If you haven’t read book 1, start there and then come to this amazing audiobook. If you love hot aliens, nerdy sci-fi geeks and hilarious hijinks this story is for you!

Just as good as book 1!

I love this series!! Kai is so sweet and River is just hilarious. There were more twists and turns in this book then I expected and it kept me on my toes the whole time. Talk about an epic proposal and smoking hot new kinky scenes!

Super Silly, Steamy, and Cute!

I loved all the campy, fun references in this far out adventure! I had not listened to the previous story in this series, and it didn't hurt my enjoyment. Greg Boudreaux is an excellent narrator, and he did a great job with the many voices here. I really recommend this fun jaunt with multiple aliens!

A sweet continuation

There are many fun scenes in the book and I liked the snippets and letters at the beginning of each chapter. Greg Boudreaux' delivery is really perfect.

For some reason I wasn't as taken in with this book as with the first one, maybe because of the implied possible mpreg, which is a major turn off for me. I know it was a tiny part of the book, but being afraid that subplot might develop in that way caused my enjoyment to drop.
