Gives out right wrong answers I know confusing...

Hi guys I read this book and it was pretty decent a lot of the test were saying the correct answer is b. but then start reading the answers from c why it is correct. then at the end there was a chapter just for Colorado which was noy helpful to Californiam other then then that it was smooth sailing.

This was awesome!!

This exceeded my expectations, I was able to listen at anytime even while cleaning my house. It is very convenient.

Was a little bit boring and sometimes hard to understand, but otherwise a very good resource if you're looking to get into real estate.

I like and appreciate the time I took for this book but I am unable to access the pdf

Misleading title

The content was easy to digest and the reader was easy to listen to. However, I specifically bought this book because the title advertised that it would cover “California real estate”. However, it only covered general information nationwide and kept saying lines like “this might be different for your particular state”.

wrong state prep

the voice is good but this is devoted to Colorado and not California as advertised. surprisingly disappointing. it's basically identical to the Texas prep but they couldn't even get the state right when it came down to the section that mattered. setback for my study and exam prep

Overall Good But Glitch

This is a good way to learn the material. In the California section, however, somehow Colorado is included. Also, in some instances the narrator will give the correct answer but the letter option is wrong. For instance the choices may be as follows:

a. Grant Deed
b. Deed of Trust
c. Inter Spousal Transfer Deed
d. None of the above

If the answer is b the narrator may say c. Deed of Trust.

Great book to learn concepts!

This book is different from just hearing a bunch of multiple choice question. Author is great at explaining the concept and principles of real estate which is what you need before one can tackle multiple choice

great listen, two major distractions

last chapter was about Colorado instead of California! end of test gave answers too early!

Just what I needed!!

Thank goodness for this book in Audible!! I have been looking for a book just like this style - flash card style, in my opinion. A book that is written with a good flow and, when read aloud, flows perfectly. I love listening as I fall asleep. I feel I have a better recall this way. Thank you!
