good story

I really liked the storyline. The actual writing was a little sophomoric, but good story. The narrator to me sounded very stiff... did not like the narration.

Kept me engaged

I find a lot of books tough to pay attention to, but this was fast paced and kept me interested throughout. Will definitely be interested in other books by this author.

Good book

Enjoyed the story, but found one of the aspects of the crimes difficult to handle as an animal lover. Otherwise, good story and performance. Will be looking to see what other books the author has.

Amazing!!

One of the best books I have ever listened to. I almost didn’t purchase this book due to the lack of reviews. So glad I did!!! This is my first review I have made for the hundreds of books I have purchased. I hope this turns into a series!!

what a wonderful plot twist

wasn't feeling the narration but she did justice to the story. I was on the edge of my seat the entire book. usually I can predict who's the unsub but NOT THIS TIME! This action packed murder mystery is a must read!

great original story line

This book was really enjoyable. it kept my interest all the way through. I love a story that I cant figure out.

Great book!

Had me guessing for quite a while, and that's not easy to do. I would write more, but I can't wait to download the next book in this series...if there is one! Ms. Cooper: well done!

Wish there was another Ellison Cooper Book to buy!

Great book. I love thrillers and this one did not disappoint! I like to be pulled in immediately and this one had me hooked from the start. I usually am able to figure out who did it and was absolutely blindsided by the ending. WORTH the credit!

Predictable but fast paced

Overall, I really liked the book. I liked the fast pace of it and the narrator was wonderful. The outcome was pretty predictable, but I really liked the ending. I like it when there is a clear wrap up and very few things left to wonder about. Quick listen and very enjoyable!
