Another great addition to an awesome series. the narration alone makes this and all of these books great but, the stories are truly outstanding. Michael Ferraiuolo really brings life to each and every character in this series. they all have a personality of their own. get one, get them all.👏❤🔥🐉

truly Michael is a master at his craft

Michael Ferraiuolo proves once again how much of a master he is at his craft. His arsenal of accents is something to be in awe of, making for a memorable audio experience each and every time. Alrick Norwegian accent is something I have not heard before and admittedly took me a minute to adjust to, but once did just suit him beautifully. A perfect audio experience.

The wait is finally over! Lord, the head of Drake Security, as well as the brother who has hoped the longest to find his fated mate, finally gets his time. Alrick has grown up to believe all dragons are ruthless monsters and need to be killed on sight in a family raised to kill and shown little to no love. On one fateful evening, the Lord finds a nearly dead Alrick and choose to share his dragon fire, bonding them forever.
This is just the beginning of the story of a dragon and his dragon slayer. Once Alrick is healed, the two go on a journey to sever the bond and once again their separate lives. As we all know, fate doesn't agree, so she shows our men what is like to be wanted and loved from their mate. The action keeps you pulled in throughout as with previous Drake Security books of dragons and their unlikely pairings. I am looking forward to seeing where Mika NIX will go now that the original brothers have found their mates.

Worth the credit

Finally, the eldest brother, the family's protector, gets his story. It is a wild ride with twists and turns that will keep you listening. Michael Ferraiuolo does an excellent job with the voices and all the family come to his side to protect him this time. I will listen to it again, well worth the credit. Plus it's hot but not overdone!

I love this series, so sad to see it end. Hopefully the Authors write more books in this universe. Amazing Narration too

Love, home and family

This book was so deliciously good. Lord and Alrick are enemies to lovers, forbidden, fated mates romance with shades of star-crossed lovers perfection. I really loved the push-pull dynamic between them weaved together with their deep emotions. The story drew me in from the very first sentence and kept me hooked until the last one. It was definitely a stay up too late, cannot put it down, it should get more than 5 stars kind of book. Lord is a dragon shifter who owns a security company with his brothers. He is the oldest brother and has spent his life being careful and controlled and cleaning up after his brothers. Alrick is a human whose family have been dragon hunters/slayers for centuries. After Lord returns the body of a dragon friend to the dragon’s family, he flies home but his dragon reroutes him to Alrick whose body is ripped open and is near death. Lord gives him his mating fire to save his life. Now he just needs to break the mating bond before Alrick or his family learn of it. Of course, feelings never stay in the box we assign them to and soon there are all kinds of feelings between them. To get a HEA together and embracing the mating bond seems impossible but fate and some magic helps to find a way. This well written story was delicious perfection and included engaging dialogue, three dimensional characters who grow, and a captivating storyline with sweet moments, spicy scenes, real life issues, imperfect characters, painful pasts, dangerous situations, evil actors, laughs, messy families, fate, supernatural creatures, and all the swoony love. I loved this whole series and all the brothers’ HEAs and am sorry to come the way the end.

Michael Ferraiuolo did a phenomenal job narrating the story and characters into life with enough change of inflection, tone and cadence to voice multiple characters quite convincingly.
