What an insightful read! So many things I never knew and most people don’t know being brought to light.
Mental health is such an important topic. understanding mental health is so important for helping ourselves and helping others.

This is an excellent book!!

This book is great!! it is full of information that would help anyone who is going through emotional or mental issues but they can't figure out what is going on. It helps you understand some things you probably didn't know why they were happening to you. The details of this book are helpful in case that you, a family member or friend are facing mental issues but it also gives you tips in order to prevent them. Gorgeous information. Good narration!! In other words, I highly recommend this book!

there are labels for everything out there. everyday new labels emerge and confuse us all. if you enderstand all the jargon out there then it isn't hard to realize that everyone has corks. use this knowledge as you will. but it is here for you to decide.

Holistic Help for me after 50 years!!

I have been living with BPD for over 50 years. This book was able to shed light on not only the symptoms but more importantly the treatment. Not only medical options but holistic ones as well. I strongly recommend this tremendous book to anyone that is diagnosed with BPD or feeling lost and alone. If you have a loved one to support, that needs help this book offers you help and a way to assist them. LISTEN/ READ this book!

Great book on Borderline Personality Disorder!

An excellent audiobook put together with tons of information! This is one of those audiobooks that everyone should listen to. Highly recommend!

Much awaited clarity on the matter of BPD

I've been hearing about Borderline Personality Disorder for years, having lived with both diagnosed and then undiagnosed individuals. I've found it to be so challenging for the person suffering from this disorder and everyone around, especially loved ones. This listen shed some light on BPD, and what I was happy to hear are the treatments or ways in which this disorder can stop consuming every aspect of people's lives. Such an interesting listen that I would most definitely recommend to anyone affected by BPD, both near and far.

This Audiobook Is A Must Buy!

I've had the pleasure of listening to this audiobook and it has opened my eyes to the severity of our society's ignorance about this mental illness. If you or someone you know suffers from BPD, please take the time to listen! Narration is great!

Great Intro to BPD

This book is a great intro to those with little knowledge of BPD and may very well help those, who suspect they may suffer from it, or have a loved one who may suffer from it, find a way to take appropriate action to find out and also includes info on how to handle the next steps. It is so encouraging and empowering, hopefully helping people overcome their reluctance to seek help. Why should help for mental health issues not be gotten with the same natural acceptance that a broken bone gets treatment? Even if it turns out you or your loved one does not have BPD there are still helpful pointers in this book for any kind of mental illness or struggle. You cannot go wrong listening to it. Added bonus is the lovely voice of the narrator.

Mindblowing!

As someone who has dealt closely with an individual who was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, this book was eerily familiar and gave me goosebumps in several chapters. The author truly digs into the myths, facts, and often overlooked symptoms and circumstances surrounding the diagnosis of BPD. I recommend this book to anyone who is suffering from, loves someone who is suffering from, or wants clarification on BPD.

This audio was incredible. It opened my eyes with people who have this condition with great detailed information. A must read and listen!
