Kept me at the edge of my seat
This first book had me waiting to see what would happen next the whole way through! Great start of a series. Characters were great and the world building was done wonderfully. Left on such a cliff hanger that you can’t wait to start the next.

This is my first Rina Kent book, and I am so glad it was. It is so well written. this story contains a strong female protagonist, Mafia boss, military, forced proximity, and gives major Mulan vibes. I binged this in a day and that's hard for me to do because I get bored easily.

Couldn’t put it down
Only thing I didn’t like was the Russian accent was a bit comical at some parts. But other than that… great book… some what of a slowish burn. Very fast paced novel… and when it’s not steamy it doesn’t seem to drag which I hate. Love the plot!!!! And of course Sebastian York’s voice never disappoints.

Rina Kent does NOT disappoint
O M G that ending! Well once again Rina kent has done it! She’s pulled me into a story of passion, suspense and angst that I just couldn’t pull myself away from. I finished this book in a day. I LOVE how possessive kirill is over sasha… he’s so in love and doesn’t even recognize it yet… and the narrators were PERFECT! Just an exciting all around experience!

Loved it~
Rina Kent can do no wrong! Love this story and love how unhinged and aggressive Kirill is in the spicy scenes, and how he can’t get enough of Sash. The ending is totally effed. This is totally a cliffhanger, though as there are two more books in the series I guess it can’t be that bad. But I still hate what her uncle has done. But I guess we’ll see what happens in the next book. The audio is good, I love that it’s a duet!
