Inheriting your uncle's supervillain business is more complicated than you might think. Particularly when you discover who's running the place. Charlie's life is going nowhere fast. Ogre Country + Unicorns!!
Oh the emotions!! I’m still dealing with a book hangover!!
I don’t think I have ever cried over a character so much, so that has got to speak volumes of the author's writing skills. For her to write these other characters and have a reader love them and then feel their pain is a win in my book. So much went down in the fifth installment, we got some answers and more questions popped up. I love that this salvage had unicorns!!
The narrators, Lauren Fortgang, and Dan Bittner did a wonderful job portraying the characters. The tones and inflections used are great. This one was intense, and action packed. I loved going into Ogre country and meeting some new characters. Can't wait for the next audiobook to release. I'm ready for Rylee to go kick some demon's a$$!!
