more realistic then most in the genre

the only shortcomings in this series is that I feel like with the titles and material it could have had more action or suspense. I never really felt like they were in dire straits. over all a good series though I would recommend it

Nice Rainy Day Book

Where does Bleeding rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I would have to place this at a 3 out of 5 (with 5 being best) in regards to comparison to other books I have listened too.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Devin was my favorite character in the book. Devin is a teenager trying to grow up in the new world and take on adult responsibilities but you can just tell that he is struggling to get there.

What three words best describe Cody Roberts’s voice?

Cody Roberts voice is smooth, even and never changing. It was hard at times to figure out which character he was speaking for because there was little genuflection within he voice.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

NA

Any additional comments?

My opinion is this would have been a good book to read than listen to.

Still Lovin' This Series.

Again, I'm liking the old characters and the new characters are just as well-defined. The plot continues at a good pace and I'm looking forward to the next installment.

Lou Cadle has made me a Fan!!!!

Another fabulous story, yes there is a lot of darkness, but it is also rooted in reality, and really makes my thoughts go. I love zombie apocalypse stories as well, but Lou Cadle has a way of presenting real apocalypse possibilities and creating characters you love and root for, and pulling you into the story. This series is amazing, and so is his "Gray" series! Both are worth every second!

Not as good as Part 1 and the author's other works

Feels like this was rushed to release/publication. it came out very quickly after part 1 and there's just not much here. Relatively short and boring. The good parts were great but I'm hoping for a return to form in the next part, or next book. Lou Cadle is very very good, narrator is very good, but this part was a dud. I'll still continue with the series and continue buying the author's works though. I have high hopes for part 3.

Not enjoyable in the least

This story is so muddled and the characters so dumb that there is no way they could survive. There is literally no common sense in any characters save one. You end up feeling nothing for the characters except frustration.

Not as good as the first one.

The first one had much more character development and this one was mostly about battle. I found it a little boring.

Works for me

Its a good series. People who are critical of the story or killing in the series, in my opinion, shoudl not read apocalyptic themed books. The main issue is the almost annoying love story that takes place... and the way one of the main characters toils with that love in a... how do I say, shitty TV novela type of way? Its absolutely possible to get past though.
