Didn’t want it to end

I see you Chelsea. I can’t believe it took me this long after reading DC Stars to read this. Wow. I loved it. Maven and Dallas are everything. The way this characters mesh together from the get go. I’m obsessed. And let’s not talk about me snowing over maverick even though he is not a main character…

More than just your typical nanny trope

I have to start off by saying that nanny tropes are at the bottom of my TBR list along with accidental pregnancies. But like all rules, there are exceptions and this is one of them.

The chemistry between Dallas and Maven is instant and the banter does its bantering. You also really believe the instant love not just between the two but also with JB. The story doesn’t get repetitive and offers a worthy HEA you’re gonna have to continue into with the other books in the DC Stars and Lens series which I am not complaining (Maverick 4eva).

Wow

This is my kind of book! No 3rd act break, a couple that communicated and gets to know each other. The only thing that would have made this better is diet narration.
