The adult world is stressful. It is incredibly difficult to live in a world where you are constantly connected to everyone and everything. You do not get to take that break from your work; it follows you home in the form of emails on your phone. A guidebook with empathy

Meditation Stories, Mindfulness, and Self-Healing. As advertised, this series delivers on its promise to lead you out of the doldrums and into the light of a calmer, more fulfilling existence. I would give it six out of five stars if it were possible!

My wife agrees with me

Considering that I've been down many roads that lead to dead ends as far as therapy for my anxiety is concerned, this guidebook was a perfect solution. My wife agrees with me that it's exceptional, and she even got her own copy too!

Insightful scientific background

This is such an engaging set; this collection's insightful scientific background made a convert of me. Beforehand, I was always the one who would deny that some "run-of-the-mill" self-help guide could resolve my issues. But I was completely taken by surprise when a colleague of mine urged me to look into this set. I had explained to him about my sleep disorders and my anxiety; that's when he gave me the recommendation. As true to his word, "Bedtime Stories for Adults" delivered, and I am a better man for it today. I rate this collection a "10 out of 10."

One for me, one for my friend

One day, I just threw my hands up and said to myself, "I can't take care of this problem by myself." Chronic anxiety and low self-esteem were eating away at my life and also causing me to lose sleep. Finally, at one of my lowest points, I decided to get a hold of "Bedtime Stories for Adults" on the advice of a friend. With the two books dedicated to scientific advice and heartwarming stories, I found a new inspiration to fix my problems. Life is good again, and I am truly grateful for all the author and narrator's work in this guide.

Treat yourself better!

Honestly, you've got to face your demons head-on if you want to live a better life. I know many of you think that's easier than done but trust me, I was in a pit of despair myself. It was a struggle for me to get out of bed in the morning, with the apprehension of facing a new day, together with the lack of sleep I was suffering. Treat yourself better - buy this set, and immerse yourself in the therapy it provides. Personally, I was impressed by how quickly I adapted to a healthier routine - and you can do the same!

A smart move

So in my case, insomnia was the enemy. Getting a restful sleep was something that had been my personal struggle for many years. I had searched far and wide for help in many areas, but couldn't find the solution. Then, as I was chatting with my girlfriend one day about my insomnia, she told me about this guidebook. I believed that I had nothing to lose at that point, and I decided to buy a copy. What a smart move that turned out to be! What really moved me were the chapters dedicated to insomnia, especially "bedtime environment." My thanks to my girlfriend, and of course, the author!
