Very Helpful for falling asleep!
This is one of my favorite audibles for falling asleep. I wish it ended with a couple of chapters on the sleep affirmations! My only issue was that I would wake up and hear the author talking again-otherwise it was wonderful!

Best sleep that I have using this audiobook
I have tried a couple of audiobooks for sleep and this one is the best I have found so far. It has the perfect compilation of the readers calm voice and the music in the background to help your mind focus on one thing…sleep! I can finally lay in bed and let go of my stresses and not think of anything else but sleeping. I have also been able to fall asleep quicker and have better quality of sleep by listening to this book every night. The only thing I wish is that this was a longer track so if I happen to wake up in the middle of the night I can still have it playing and help me fall back to sleep.

I love these so much.
I have severe anxiety disorder. obsessive thoughts, Negative thoughts noon stop. Only medicine stops them. Sucks. I thought that the positive affirmations was lame seeming, but gave it a try. It's so great, now I can't go to sleep without it I play it every single night and the voice/affirmations plays over my own thoughts, so that I don't think negative I started playing all of them, trying all diff kinds, I play them instead of my own negative thoughts it really helps and calms me down. I know this sounds lame, but now, it's like having a friend, a positive person who tells you everything 8s going to be ok. I'm surrounded by negative people and mean people I deal with a lot of abusive people. I never had anyone positive in my life really. So this sort of takes place of that. I know it sounds weird and lame at first, but it's not, it's really great. Thankyou.
