Love these

These hypnosis meditations are so helpful when used together with other methods. They really help me keep depression at bay and also, put me to sleep quick!

Play it every night for a few days...

And you will find your mood has substantially improved. One of his best efforts and worth a try.

Wonderful!

I had ZERO TROUBLE finding the time to listen to this for at least 21 days! I look forward to it everyday! I always listen to it abt an hour before I go to pick the kids up from school or as I’m laying down before going to sleep. The voice is very soothing and it’s just long enough to do it’s job but short enough to listen to during the day without falling asleep for the next three hours with chapter 1. But if you listen to chapter 2 at night you or when your wanting to get some sleep, it can knock you right out!

Relaxing

I use the 2nd part (Chapter 2) to sleep at night. It helps distract my mind from all the thoughts that keep me awake, & it relaxes me to sleep. I'm happier in the sense that when I'm more relaxed then I am more able to be happy.
