very fun and enjoyable story

I really enjoyed these books, I cant wait for book 3
the character building A+
the story A+
world build is pretty golden too only thing I'd like to see more of is a dive into the state of the world as a whole just a little more and hear more reports from scouts about tragedies or wonderous things happening in the world as of right now everything seems to mostly be central to the dwarfs for the most part you dont really hear much about the rest of the world.
that being said this is in my top 3 for books and I very much await the rest of max and parties journey.

A new player has joined the party!

A nice continuation of book one. New characters were brought in and the author really knows how to write believable characters. And the voice actors once again blew it out of the park. Fantastic work.

Lots of vocal fry

This is a great follow up to book one!
The only complaint I have, and maybe this was in the first book and I didn't notice it, but the narrator used vocal fry for pretty much every sentence. It's just annoying.

Could not put it down,... Excellent Story

Always looking forward to Max's next adventure and challenge, I hop book three continues the interest in Max's story.

been really enjoying the battlebourne series, great story line and narration with side characters bringing comedic relief. highly recommended.

Great addition to the series

I found myself wanting to "play my game" during this book. it's such a fun style of writing and it is great seeing the progression of the character.

I really don't care about the bad guy
