Another good read

If you like Tami Hoag, you’ll like this book. The characters are as you’d expect from the author, and some you’ll already know from previous works. An easy read. Some twists I didn’t see coming. It’s not my favorite Hoag, but I would read this again.

Thrilling Mind bending and the ending AWESOME

Tami Hoag never disappoints and this continuation in the lives of Nick Fourcade and Annie Broussard is amazing. A true twist from the beginning with an unknown body dumped in the swamp and then another missing person. I couldn’t stop listening. Each chapter brings you closer yet further away from the truth until the ending no one would dream of. I can’t wait for her next book this is my favorite series behind the Kovak & Lusaka series. Love you Tami Hoag I’ll always be a fan of yours.

She’s Back!

Tami Hoag is back and with some of our favorite characters from the bayou. New dangers, mystery’s, grudges, and characters. I was excited to read anything from Tami again and she did not disappoint and kept true to our friends in the bayou.

Wow

Everyone said narration was bad. She is one of my favorite narrators. This book was awesome. There are so many twists. She definitely outdid herself this time.

The characters

I love following Nick and Annie in their adventures together. I’ll continue to follow as long as they are written into life.

Beautiful story

I just discovered Tami Hoag and have been binging on her books. This series is my favorite and this book in particular. The sensitive and compassionate way she depicts addiction is beautiful and I hope many learn from her words as they enjoy them.
