I am very impresses this audiobook
I like the book. It's well done but after a week or two of following ayurvedic eating. This book is a great intro to Ayurveda. I highly recommend this audible book to everybody! That Ayurveda Healing for Beginners book has a lot of good recipes, tips, and facts to follow.

This audio book is more detailed than the handbook of Ayurveda by Susan Plumb, however again not detailed enough to teach myself. I would recommend it though.
