Total Mindset Shift

This was written by an author who has truly experienced what they teach. I found the book interesting and useful. I am working to learn (or relearn for high school) Spanish for a trip I am taking this summer. I'm not finding a lot sticking so I decided to try this audiobook and see if maybe I need a mindset shift.

I liked the five tip you can use to build language knowledge as well as the section that discussed how to keep the vocabulary in your long-term memory, which is what I am shooting for.

Different and Unique!

I have always struggled with languages, and I finally know why. Other programs go straight into memorizing different words, but this author approaches it from a very different perspective. I loved the discussion on why children can learn languages so quickly. If you are looking to learn a new language or have struggled with it in the past, you will love hearing Ryan's story and will finally have the correct guidance to learn a new language.

Great book

Anybody interested in learning a language should definitely listen to this book! The tips available in this book should be taught in language classes but typically are not. This audiobook was also very enjoyable and fun to listen to. Highly recommend!

Such an interesting topic and a book that truly does what it says on the cover! This book is so well written/narrated that it makes digesting this topic so much easier. I have been trying to learn french for so many years now and I always give up because I find it so difficult. Now that I am going to France I am ready to take it more serious than ever.
