Great for beginners like me
Would you listen to Astral Projection again? Why?
Yes, you need to practice Astral Projection multiple times to get good at it. It is not a one-time ordeal. This audiobook was a great starter point to get me introduced and ready for the process of astral projection.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Astral Projection?
I felt as though I was being lifted from the bed by a few inches, and then drifted back down. As far as I know, my body was completely stationary during this feeling. I will need to keep practicing for more advanced results. The experience was a fun one though, and the novelty of this new feeling is quite exciting.
Any additional comments?
I liked the guided imagery and the fact that the audiobook does not abruptly end after the meditation, which would leave you with distracting silence. Instead, the music keeps playing, allowing you to continue to stay still and in the moment for a long time. Love that! Great listen and quite fun.

Very deceiving! Only 15 min long.
What disappointed you about Astral Projection?
The audio is only 15 min long.
There is nothing but the most basic idea of Astral Projection no insight or real guidance.
Reading the other reviews I get the feeling they are paid reviewers since I read almost the exact same text on a different one just like this.
Honestly who says look and hour long guided meditation that is 45 min of just the music. That's not what I want to pay for.
