voice acting is excellent

voice acting is excellent and of course I enjoyed this story as much as the first part. I'm really looking forward to listening to the rest of the series with Reba doing such an excellent job.

my favorite lite novel!

the story is refreshing and new, with a deep and detailed world. I've read the novels and watches the anime but I think I like the audio version the best, the voice actress does a really great job bringing the story to life!

Omni-Quality

Story:
World, character, and concept building feel on par with Spice and Wolf. This series appears to be favoring depth over breadth however, which makes sense considering S&W is a travelling tale and this takes place in one town. For more medieval life and merchant craft with fantastical elements, S&W should help you bide your time.

Production:
Reba Buhr is phenomenal. That would make any future volume *with* her all the better, but it also means if she has to leave production for any circumstances, the subsequent volunes will suffer greatly for it.

The only *true* downside to this volume and series of audiobooks is the production rate/speed. I love that I get audiobooks for the series, but if it releases at a pace of 2 or 3 volumes per year, we won't be seeing a narrative conclusion ever--or we will, but it will be in the year 2042 :/
