THE MUST-HEAR MULTIMILLION BESTSELLING MYSTERY SERIES • The final book in the A Good Girl's Guide to Murder series that comes across like your favorite true crime podcast or show. By the end, you'll never think of good girls the same way again...

Pip is about to head to college, but she is still haunted by the way her last investigation ended. She’s used to online death threats in the wake of her viral true-crime podcast, but she can’t help noticing an anonymous person who keeps asking her: Who will look for you when you’re the one who disappears?

Soon the threats escalate and Pip realizes that someone is following her in real life. When she starts to find connections between her stalker and a local serial killer caught six years ago, she wonders if maybe the wrong man is behind bars.

Police refuse to act, so Pip has only one choice: find the suspect herself—or be the next victim. As the deadly game plays out, Pip discovers that everything in her small town is coming full circle . . .and if she doesn’t find the answers, this time she will be the one who disappears. . .

And don't miss Holly Jackson's next thriller, Five Surive!

Definitely recommend

Loved the entire series. But the final book was my favorite. I loved Pip and Ravi's relationship. I was not ready to say goodbye to their characters! I can't wait to read more from this author.

Just as good as the others

This book is just as good as the other 2 and I will definitely be listening to them again. I love that they have a full cast to read the book and I wish more audiobook were like that.

MUST LISTEN TO ALL OF THIS BOOK! WHAT A TWIST!!!

I loved this book and all the twists and all of that, however, i did feel like Pip’s character was lost from the first book. I get as the books went on, her character went through a lot and was mentally broken, however, I wanted to see the old Pip come through for this last book. I wanted to be able to feel her old self, how savage she was and would always speak her mind. that said, i loved the book and would definitely recommend this series to friends!

Too much

The whole gun in my heart blood on my hands every other sentence was just overkill for me. We get it, it messed her up.

Gah, get on with it already!

I read another review that said there was a lot of internal narrative in this book so I listened knowing what I was getting into. It felt like 12 of the 15 hours was internal narration! It was really overkill. I ended up speeding up the audio and skipping though a lot just to get it over with. As far as the story goes though 🤷🏼‍♀️ Really!? That’s the ending you went with. 12-15 hours of my life to finish a book like that!?

Excellent Finale

As Good as Dead was an excellent finale to the Good Girl's Guide to Murder series. There were parts of the mystery that I felt were a bit contrived to make everything connected, but it wasn't enough to take away from my enjoyment of Pip's story. This installment took us deeper into Pip's inner monologue as she dealt with being the victim herself, this time around.

Content Warning: The content of rape, drugs, and murder are possibly a bit mature for younger readers, but I feel like they were dealt with in a respectable manner.

The full cast narration was fantastic as always! The voices differed just enough to be able to tell the characters apart, but not so much that it was jarring to listen to.
