I've listened to this twice and downloaded the ebook and I have to say, im so excited to dive into the market now.

Best Guide For A First Timer
I am so ecstatic I stumbled on this book. I have been wanting to purchase land for some time, but just never felt comfortable.
The author broke down the process from seeing what I want, when to get lawyers involved, negotiating, potential pitfalls to avoid, and more. What an eye opener! Now, I feel like I have the tools to go out and purchase my first piece of land without fear. What a great resource!

Comprehensive look into buying land
I greatly appreciate how much detail went into explaining what needs to be paid attention to when purchasing land to build a house. This includes checking if the land has protected animals or plants there, how the land holds up in different seasons, zoning restrictions if you plan to have farm animals or not, and so much more.
My wife and I have been juggling the idea of building our own house, and this book has been a major wake-up call to the various complexities that could arise and how to avoid or overcome them. If you're willing to make the commitment to the deep research needed to ensure that your land will provide and be within regulations with everything you want in a dream home, this book is a great place to start.
