Helpful
This book really prepared me to overcome some real anxiety attacks I had for years. It's not a cure, it's not a one-stop-shop, but Emma Campbell wrote the book in a way that made me really relate. He does a good job of taking the fear out of panic and anxiety attacks. He's not selling you a cure, make no mistake. He is selling you a path out though, it's up to you to walk the path and his book definitely helps you along it. If you suffer, give it a shot. I did and I'm now doing things that were impossible for me before.

Excellent Listen
I would pace my apartment and need to talk to people to get my mind off the feeling. At midnight, it's pretty hard to find people to talk to. I went to Amazon and ordered three books. I haven't even gotten to the others, yet (though I plan to read them, too).

Great One
I listened to geerts audio version which helped me changed my life around maybe even saved my life this book also has given me tips and motivation to stay positive through the hard battle off anxiety and panic attacks would recommend anybody who needs some help to give this a buy and audio version a listen.

Excellent Type of Audio Book
This book was very insightful and motivating towards conquering panic attacks or anxiety. Being a prior active duty Marine and now a full time college student, I never thought I would suffer from anxiety until I had to make life and career changes.

I like this book
I started having panic attacks while driving in June and became stuck at home only able to leave the house when hubby could drive me. I just finished reading this book in March and that night I used the techniques in this book and drove. That was yesterday! Today I drove again. Highly recommend this book. I feel so confident and less alone now. Thank you!

Recommended
I recommend this book to everyone whose life has been taken over by fear. Dont expect a miracle but just reading part 1 will allow you to see the anxiety from another angle.
