This book filled in the gap between combat and spirituality I was missing. Excellent read.

Deeply Spiritual

If you love war stories and movies you will love this book. It is about one soldiers life. enlisted at 15 under a false name and went to Vietnam and knew he was at home. I could not stop listening to this.

You can’t make this stuff up. Better than almost all of the fiction books I have read.

Hook, line, and sinker

I have never read this genre. This book had me enthralled and now I'm searching for more like it. Highly recommend

Absolute American hero!

Gary is a total badass. As a former Ranger, we heard stories of the revered Gary O’Neal for years and finally after hearing his story, I completely understand how he feels about the world. He left the life of things we only see in movies, but he actually did it in real life. This book is a must listen/read. Also David does an incredible job performing while reading this unreal story

Excellent account of an Amazing Ranger

I loved this book so much, listened twice in two days, Rangers lead the way!

Might sound a little far fetched

Like I said this book has some far fetched parts.With that being said let me also say I’m not a professional soldier so who am I to question.
