Alpacas and Alibis

This is the first book in the series, it's a cozy mystery. It was easy to get through and the characters are well thought out. There is a strive level of undertone that is uncovered towards the end, but highlights an all too real situation. I look forward to see how the series develops.

Excellent

I really enjoyed this. As a new book and new author to me this book was super enjoyable to read. I really enjoyed the story and character building. I can’t wait to read again. Is a really enjoyable book.

nice cozy mystery romance!!

This is great start to a new series i loved each of character narrator did great job voicing each person. I am looking forward to next book i love way the writer brought then entire world to life outside the shop and sprinkled in character to adore look forward to their story so we can continue build their world in our minds

A great new series

I loved this book. I didn’t read the title details before I listen to it so it would be a surprise and it was awesome. I loved the characters, though maybe not Sadi’s older sister Char, the setting and the story line. I know want to find and move there. The narrator did a fantastic job voicing everyone and keeping them all sounding unique. My biggest issue with the book is that I have to wait for the next one and can’t start listening today.

The characters are engaging and eclectic. This was just how I would imagine a small town where everyone is in everyone's business like it or not. How long can Sadie hold off her ex?? I didn't guess the killer and that's half the fun. Char seem to be warming up to her sister , but she's a jealous cat. I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest opinion. The narrator was good.

Love the writing, love the reader!

I purchased the 1st book of the series, then bought them all. The series brings me back to the 70's, the era I grew up in, and it's dead on! The sassy sarcasm, it perfectly read by Callie Beaulieu!

Good narrator

This was an enjoyable book. Hopefully there will be more in the series. I liked the setting and most of the characters.

The narrator almost ruined it for me!

I loved the story! The characters and plot twists were great! But the narrator was awful! It sounded like A.I. and was really hard to listen to because of the awkward cadence of the speech and spurts of extreme monotone. The story itself is what kept me going with it.

If it’s the same narrator for the next book, I don’t think I can listen it again, which is unfortunate.

Fiber and Fun!

I love when the MC has a background in the fiber arts before inheriting the shop. Most often there is no knowledge and they either aren't very good at it or do not enjoy it. Her group of girlfriends are fun and get into crazy situations. Even though her sister is kind of rude there is something likeable about her as well. Despite the antics there is a thread of seriousness in a side story that I appreciate. The cherry on top is the narration by Tiffany Morgan. I am a huge fan of hers, particularly because her southern accent doesn't sound overly fake or contrived. I hope the books in the series continue to have an audio copy. In the meantime I have ran through the other books in the series in KU. I would love to reread them as an audiobook!

Small town murder mystery

Is it fair to say a murder was fun? I loved the shenanigans these group of gals got into trying to figure everything out. What a great start for so many adventures!
