About this listen

Growing up as an outsider is never easy.

I was the product of an affair, and when my father stepped up to raise me, my mother handed me over, no questions asked.

I had my brother Luca and my niece Alessa; that's all I needed. When Luca passed away, it thrust Alessa and me into leading the Italian Mafia. I stepped up until she was ready and gladly handed the mantle back to her capable hands after I helped her forge an alliance with the Perez brothers.

Now, I have one goal in life: to win back Evander Perez.

Then Evie walked into our lives.

Ghosts from our pasts keep rising to haunt us, trying to rip away the very thing I would fight to the death to save.

Now, Evander and I, his brother Mateo, my bodyguard Gray, and an enemy none of us saw coming have vowed to protect her. No matter the cost.

All I Have: Part One is part of a duet and will end on a cliffhanger. It's a why-choose romance that contains MM content. Intended for mature listeners.

Good story, but...

Narration wasn't as good as the other books. Although Patrick Zeller, has a horrible Holden voice, I loved how he distinguished each character. This narrator doesn't distinguish any of the voices, so I kept having to backtrack to remember who's character POV was speaking. Storyline was good, although a bit unbelievable. You have leaders of 2 mafia, a trained military assassin, a former police chief, support of two gangs, and none of the can get the drop one this one deranged gang leader 🫤.

Interesting story, Disappointing Performance

The male performer reads stories well, but I wouldn’t call him a voice actor. You can’t tell the men from the women, much less tell the interesting men apart. Mexican, American, young, old, angry, passionate, they all sound the same. If you remember the old school radio guy Casey Kasem, that’s who he sounds like. I’m pushing through this two-book story to get to the next which has Patrick Zeller and Ada Sinclair back at the mic, thank goodness!

Love this series!

I wish I would have realized the next book that showed up doesn't hit for another 2 weeks. How am I supposed to wait 2 weeks after that terrible cliffhanger 😫

This author doesn’t disappoint. Everything about this series is amazing, can’t wait for the other books to be available in audiobook version.

Love, Mafia and Smut

I’m really glad to have the full story of Micah and Evander—it was exactly what I needed! While this book can be read as a standalone, I strongly recommend reading the first duet about Les and her guys, as the crossover will make more sense.

Mateo is at the heart of this polyamorous relationship, and I couldn’t be more grateful for that. He’s an amazing character: sweet, funny, and incredibly perceptive.

Overall, this is a lighthearted story with just the right amount of tension. And as always, Ame Mills truly shines when it comes to writing those spicy scenes!

Loved it

I've read these books multiple times. I adore the books. The audible is pretty good too! I'm not quite sure I like JD Tomlinson in an RH book though. He doesn't quite handle the different men's voices like I would prefer. He has a smooth voice where I feel like the men should be more rough. But it's okay! Both narrators did great, even if I'm not sure he fits the role. I have 1 small problem with Heather Firth's narration as well.... in what world is Alexi pronounced Alexeye????? And in the next book she pronounces Kian really oddly as well. Just weird.

HOWEVER.... I adore the books. I appreciate the fact that Evie is a big girl. I LOVE how the men handle her and build her confidence up!

So many mispronounced words

Both male and female narrators repeatedly mispronounced words, for example “Alex-eye” for “Alexi” and “gouging” instead of “gauging”. There were other spots where the Italian or Spanish pet names were pronounced with zero attempt at appropriate inflections or accents.

4.5 Stars for the overall book!

Audiobook Note: I wish the author has went with the male narrator from Riches to Riches - he had a way of playing each guy distinctly, so you always knew which POV the chapter was (especially since the audiobook chapters aren’t label with the character who’s POV it is). I was constantly referencing my Kindle version to try and remember whose chapter it was. 🫤
