Excellent story & virtual voice not bad
It was worth the credit. The story was exciting and captivating from the first word till the end. It had about 6 characters so was simple and easy to follow. The virtual voice was really quite good, I normally hate them. The only negative was it seemed like it was translated from another language because a lot of the connective words like “ a, and, the“ were missing. An editor should have added those in or a real human narrator would have naturally added those in. Over all… interesting, non war, non fantasy entertaining novelette. This is a short book… but longer than a short story.

It was a okay HEA
I don't love virtual voice but it was easy to distinguish the characters. The storyline was a little predictable but overall an enjoyable listen. I would listen to other brooks from this author.

Great story
enjoyed the story line. always disappointed with virtual voice but this one didn't have many mis-prounciatuons.

hate digital voice
The story was fun enough, but the digital voice was incredibly jarring. I would rather hear a real person read and hopefully get paid to read the story.

Cute story but. . .
I did not like the virtual narrator. Very flat affect. I did like the story. I liked the characters and the suspense created by not knowing whether Kalee would leave or stay.
