From what I came to understand as I read the final chapters of this book, its aim was to explain the various Agile strategies, compare them; where they fit in, when they can be used, which team is likely to benefit from what strategy, etc. and expose the reader to enough information to teach him which strategy is best for his own situation.

I am really happy with the information I got.

When I first heard about Agile, I thought it was a kind of project management strategy that can be used by any group/team for any project. I only realized in the early chapters of the book that it is only suitable for software developers.

Deep insights about Agile Project.

Deep insights such as "the principle of embracing change is about embracing changes and not working against them" are peppered throughout this book. The content is a very brief overview of agile. Good for anyone that wants either a refresher, or a basic introduction to agile development. Covers waterfall and v-model development, benefits and disadvantages of agile, then goes on to discuss specific agile implementations.

This book is helpful.

The Principles of Agile Project Management will help us implement the agile methodologies in our projects and it will guide us on how we can support project teams in implementing agile projects. This book will also help us on how we can get the best out of our employees.
