Give it go! It had a couple of cryptids you don't hear much very much about.

Monsters!

I enjoyed this book it had pretty good stories and a broad range of cryptids covered. I guess it could have been a bit longer but I am happy overall. There is a second book to this series so I'm going to listen to that one next. The narrator did a good job as well.

This is not pseudo science and chasing mythical creatures, this is a reasoned approach to finding new animals not yet described by science. Very good

Great story!

Great read for those curious about the animals of our world we don’t see and how a lot more could still be out there waiting to be found.

Repetitive but interesting

I felt like I was sitting in a college course while listening. The narrator is very "Professor" like in his delivery. The chapter on lake and sea creatures felt long, drawn out and horribly repetitive. Otherwise, I enjoyed the stories and information.

One of the best!

Of all the many weird stories, cryptozoology, or monsters compilations this is by far the best I've come across. The stories are detailed and not rushed as many others are. The sea serpent section was truly strange and intriguing, with accounts I'd never heard before.
