Terrific book

Fabulous framing of principles with examples of practice that can be applied universally to all people. The authors cover a broad range of human experience and link it back to principles for individual success, and happiness. Well done.

We need to calm down

This book is a godsend and wise advice that we all should consider. From chapters 12 on, in particular, I look forward to sharing these practices with military veterans, so that they may make peace with themselves, their families and within their communities.  we have agency and don’t need to be addicted to the drama and division grateful to the authors for this outstanding work.
