About this listen

My past was destructive.

It haunts my dreams. The moment I embraced my addiction, I knew my life would change dramatically.

As the VP of the Houston Defiance MC, my job is to stand tall. Contain the demons clawing from the inside, begging to escape from within. But when I embrace my bloodlust, nothing can tame my wrath.

Zero took me in as part of his family-a bond unbreakable. I should care about the no-touch rules. And the fact they are in place on his sister.

But the draw to Prinie is addictive, destructive, exhilarating. And I am all too aware that I'm dangerous. She needs to see that too.

Her brother loathes the idea of us. Honestly, I put up a fight too. But maybe fighting my addiction to her is impossible? When chaos strikes the club, we'll turn to each other. But chaos can just as easily rip us both to shreds.

Contains mature themes.

Poor Wraith

My heart broke for Wraiths story. I cried, but I’m so glad he got what he deserved.

good read

I read the first book and and loved it. At first I didn't think I would up liking this as much as the first book, but I was definitely wrong. It's beyond tragic what happened to wrath and explained a lot of things. The story could have went a different way which I'm glad it didn't. over all great characters, good story. Can't want to read the next.

Wraith & Prinie

A twisted, dark, gritty, intense and OH SO GOOD! Wraith and Prinie's attraction to one another is so addictive. With everything going on within the club and enemies encroaching on them, Wraith and Prinie find something beautiful amongst all the chaos. I enjoyed every single second of this story.

Good story but female character annoying

I love this story it made me cry especially when zero went to jail… Only thing though… The main female character is annoying! She talk shit about him being selfish first of all when she's just as… First of all your own brother was willing to kick him out his club ripped him away from the only family he had yet you still try to force him into this relationship threaten his friendship with his best friend and threatened him from having the only family he knew. Then once he finally opened up to you about his struggles and you clearly see him struggling afterwards and instead of you just being understanding and letting him work out his issues on his own you being mad pushy and making it all about you. Then talk shit about him run away when shit gets tough but that exactly what you do run away when shit get tough and shit don't go your way.

Mediocre.

Far too much going on here. 1 bad guy? 2? 3? Who the heck knows. SPOILERS.

A whole star was knocked off for the HIV BS. If you're going to use a possible medical diagnosis. Don't use false info. No doctor is going to say well if you're baby is born with HIV they won't live past age 10... NO! Why? Because it's absolutely not true. Plenty of people born with HIV and get treatment live normal lives.

There were plenty of inconsistencies in the timeline.. It was stated that when Princess and Wraith slept together he was VP... Um no. Book 1 when Princess and Zero's parents were killed they had already slept together... At that point Zero was VP and his dad was president. Just one example and not the only time it happenend.

Wraith's upbringing was tragic, but the hatred of his brother's made no sense if they knew what a piece of trash she was and what she did to their youngest brother.

Disbelief... The secret chamber? It was never mentioned in book 1. It opened by turning a steel iteration of the club logo in church, leading down to a huge torture chamber... Sure. What are they batman now? Let alone the kidnapping BS that held Zero in jail, when the supposed victim was right there. I get the Baron was powerful but come on. The charges should have at least made sense... Like drugs??
