Just OK
I received this book in exchange for my honest review.
Some of the techniques discussed are excellent and would be very helpful, but I felt that other techniques discussed were unreasonable and overly simplified. For example, having someone else write notes and then teach you the information typically isn't something most people can do in real life. In addition, This book was obviously not originally written to be an audio book, and I found it frustrating that visuals were referenced, but aren't available to the listener. Overall I have mixed feelings about this book, but due to the frustrations mentioned, I think its just OK.
