Publisher's summary
You get Valentine’s Day in Mountainville. And you better hold on tight, cuties. It’s a wild one…
Ruth wants nothing more than to be with her best friend—the one she’s known since she was born. The one who protected her. Completed her. Loved her.
The one who became her Daddy.
But when her strict, televangelist father found out his daughter was a Little, he forbade the relationship. Now, Ruth hasn’t seen Ace Stanfield in years…except when she’s able to sneak a peek at the TV during football season. He’s a rock star tight end, dominating on the gridiron. But that’s not enough. Ruth needs him with her. Forever.
Ace feels the same way about her. But with no way to even contact Ruth, and the years between them piling up, how will it ever happen?
Enter the Mountainville gang. When Katie, Stella, Eli, and the others find out about these tragic events, they can’t let it stand. They’re going to make this right and give Ace and Ruth a second chance at love, no matter how many rules they have to break—and how much trouble they have to get in—to make it happen.
A Very Mountainville Valentine’s Day is a fast-paced, romantic adventure full of fun and mischief. It features consenting adults, consensual discipline, a bit of steam, intimate levels of care, and loads of fun. If you love second chances, forbidden romance, and all the shenanigans and pranks, then this is the story for you. Have fun, cuties!

Story
Obituary writer Nadine Barbault doesn’t mind being called “Lady Death”. It suits the ice queen persona she’s cultivated to survive the fast-paced Toronto Herald. So when Nadine learns that famous (and reclusive) author Dot Voline has died, she doesn’t hesitate to run the obituary…only to discover that Dot is very much alive. Nadine’s screw-up has brought Wesley Chen of the rival Spear no end of joy—she’s been a thorn in his extremely ambitious side for years. But the renewed interest in Dot also surfaced chatter about a mysterious past scandal.

Story
Ryder, Garrett, Kenzo, and Diesel - The Vipers. Their deals are as sordid as their business, and their reputation is enough to bring a grown man to his knees, forcing him to beg for mercy. They are not people you mess with, yet my dad did. The old man ran up a debt with them and then sold me to cover his losses. Yes, sold me. They own me now. I’m theirs in every sense of the word. But I’ve never been meek and compliant.

Story
Romance can be a little complicated when you get sucked into a wormhole. Just ask high school English teacher June Flint. One little solar flare happens and suddenly you find yourself 85 years in the future. Eighty-five years from your dream job. Your ailing mother whose only companion in this world is you. Your favorite stuffed-crust pizza from DeLucia’s on Sunday nights. But when June’s cell phone inexplicably picks up a signal, she’s able to call back to the present—more specifically, four weeks before she accidentally time traveled.

That was pretty bad
Yeah, I listened to the whole thing, making faces and cringing through much of it.
The writing and storyline were not great, and the robot voice narration made it even worse.
I’m clearly not the audience for this one. I’m good with kinks and age play, but I need more from a book than this offers. Except for the adult subject matter, it felt like a kids book. Very simple language, plot, etc.
Maybe eye-read this one, if you think you’d like the book. Save your money for human narrations.
