What ride.

Well, that was a ride! Beautiful world building and imagery. The story is wonderful and the characters so well rounded. I can't wait for the next one! The author delivers yet another great story.

I love the tea representation

A vampire heist book with tea and pastries. What more could you want? A fun listen.

Captivating

Perfect voice acting and a wonderful story. It starts a little slow but ultimately so worth the read. Very disappointed in myself for missing the twist but incredibly excited to see where this goes. I usually stick to smut but something about the art and the book jacket blurb sucked me in. I want to hate the author now that I’ve finished it but we’ll see when the next book comes out.

Glorious Writing & Character Development

Killer. Absolutely killer. The mood of this book is much like a milk clouded cup of earl gray. It’s mysterious, well-paced, moody and enchanting. I appreciated the sharp intellect of the main character, the gentle yet stoic nature of her sidekick, and the way new characters were thoughtfully added amidst the mystery and chaos.

I’ll be honest, I didn’t entirely understand the ending in that I couldn’t remember a character mentioned and the full meaning of it in the moment. I’ll be jumping on reddit for clarity or rallying my friends to read it so we can chat about it.

I sincerely can’t wait for the next book!
