Worth the time.

I really like short stories, while some in this collection are better than others, that usually holds true for all books of this nature. I'm a diehard horror freak and i loved that a few of these had me saying "that's messed up" if I cringe it's worth reading.

Shocking

Fantastic short stories, amazing characters in a mundane world. I was pleasantly surprised at the performer. Adrean Rivers captures you and the stories don't let you go, before you know it you are late to wherever you are going because you just keep listening.

Short and sweet

Every collection has some good stories and some bad ones. This collection, with its various (really) short stories, is mostly filled with good ones. My personal favorite is the one where a guy is tormented by the early arrival of the Christmas season a few days after Halloween (dude, I feel you). The scariest by far though, has to be the one involving a baby (and I won't go into more detail than that).

If you want something short and effective, you might get something out of this collection. Consider checking it out.

Couldn't get past the terrible narration

They should have invested in a professional narrator. The person that narrates this has an annoying voice, very bad timing, reads as if reading a children's book, and I feel terrible to mention the speech disorder that distracts too much to be able to listen to the story. Going to ask for a return.
