All Delora ever wanted was to disappear.
Thrown into the Veil for a crime she committed, Delora was discarded by the world. Although afraid of her oncoming demise, she accepts it as it would be a worldly escape from her problems. Outstanding Story
I was so surprised at how good both books were. If you are not sure if you should read or listen to this series go it’s worth it. It’s not dark, there were some gag moments but heck that just means the author did a good job with painting the picture. Both narrators did a good job at bringing this story alive and it was done in duet which I appreciate so much! Very nice happy endings.

Enjoyed
Delora pissed me off but grew on me. I love Magnar maybe a little more than Orpheus. This was a good story. I loved that she was able to heal from her husbands betrayal. Can’t wait to see if they meet their child again.

Love love the Ml such a sweet caring personality, deserved way better than he got. Feel free to skip it the Fl is whinny asf makes you wanna pull your hair out. Then again I might be bias cause i genuinely don’t like spoilt brats that can’t even get out of their own way and accept the happiness that’s right in front of them. There’s no helping someone that refuse to help themselves

WOW, SPICY 🌶️
Very satisfying read. If you like monsters, fantasy and spice…this is for you! Each book in series are similar in structure but differ quite a bit in details. Each are worth the read.

Love this series- must listen!
The book took me by surprise. I fell in love with Orpheus but Magnar is now my favorite. I cried a little too my baby is leaving the nest as well. I can’t wait for the next book. I don’t want to buy the hard copy the audiobook is so worth it!
